Customer Order Entry
Nearly all of our orders are placed directly by customers through our web site. These orders are logged into our order database on our server. An email message alerting us that an order has arrived is sent automatically to the factory. All credit card transactions are handled by a secure server using the same technology as leading eCommerce companies such as Amazon.com.
