Assembly 2: Frame/Wheel Assembly
At Assembly Station 2, we sandwich the steerer subassembly, the brake, two spacers, and the rear wheel between two support "rails." This is a relatively quick step and we assemble only enough of these units to meet the day's demand. At this point in the process, the product is differentiated by the wheels. We offer two types of wheels, so there are two versions of the subassembly that are created at this process step.
