This rack is the same as the Delta PostHaste rack we have found to work well with the Swift, except with pannier support.  If bolted directly under the seat the Swift will fold and there is just enough seat tube touching the rear tire to keep it folded.  Unfortunately this is not true for the small seat post.  We supply 4 clamp bolts, which are longer than those for the stock rack, to fit the Swift's seat post.
