Xootr Launches Roma Model of Xootr Scooter
Scranton, PA -- Xootr LLC today launched its newest model -- the Xootr Roma. The Xootr Roma is the company's lightest scooter and is optimized for efficient kicking. The Xootr Roma is targeted at Xootr customers who race and at those who use their scooters for commuting in combination with a train, bus, or subway. At a weight of about nine pounds, the Roma is about as portable as a briefcase, and so can be easily carried and stowed. The narrow deck of the Roma allows the kicking foot to stroke quite close to the centerline of the scooter, maximizing the biomechanical efficiency of the kicking motion.
Company principal, Tom Miner, comments, "We have tested the Roma with our European customers for about six months now through our distributor Urban Mobility. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, we have decided to offer the Roma as a standard product to all of our customers."
