Most of our customers buy directly from the factory and place their orders right here on our website. We offer a 30 day no-questions-asked guarantee. If you don't like your Xootr product for any reason, and you purchased it directly from us, just return it for a full refund. We usually ship orders the same business day from our facility in Scranton, Pennsylvania. We ship domestically by regular UPS, and you will have your order in 1-5 business days depending on where you live.
