Shot of our co-founder Karl at the 2006 Mt. Washington hill climb. This hill climb is known as the toughest in the world. The climb is 7.6 miles long with an average grade of 12% with extended sections of 18% and the last 50 yards is an amazing 22%! He setup his Swift with a 22-tooth chainring and single 21-tooth rear cog. Karl finished first in the folding bike category (which he invented for this race).
